The hotel's location inside the train station building was surprisingly quiet. Our comfortable room had great facilities and outstanding cleanliness. The excellent breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh options. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel's proximity to the lake and tourist shops made it convenient for exploration. Plus, the immediate access to train connections for hiking in the Black Forest was a bonus. Everything was perfect and check-in was a breeze. The staff were fantastic and the restaurant downstairs was delightful. The modern decor and integration with the train station added a unique touch. The reception staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet was extensive.

It allowed us to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The guestrooms at Coucou Hotel are well-equipped with laptop-friendly workspaces and free WiFi, making it convenient for digital nomads like us. The iPads in every room were a great addition. We could easily access information about the hotel and plan our day using the digital guest map. The showers with Black Forest Water were refreshing and invigorating. It was a unique experience that added an extra touch to our stay.

I personally didn't find the extra room with double stock beds necessary for my stay. However, I understand that it might be useful for families or larger groups.

I keep coming back to my favorite place because they help me with my suitcases. It has Wi-Fi, a bar, a restaurant, and a fitness center. They even have board games and allow pets. Perfect for my romantic escape. No regrets!

The only thing missing was a happening party scene for us young party-goers. It would've been dope to have some cool bars or clubs nearby to keep the party going after a day of cycling.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel also offers a free regional train pass for guests staying multiple nights, which was a nice bonus. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had plenty of options. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at Coucou Hotel & Kuckucks-Stube. The hotel is beautifully modern and located in a stunning area. Our room was spacious and the shower was large and luxurious. We were impressed by the hotel's commitment to being eco-friendly, with a ventilation system replacing the need for air conditioning. While there was no mini fridge in the room, we were able to use a shared fridge in the hallway and had the option to secure our belongings in a locked box. The staff were incredibly welcoming and the food was delicious. The hotel's central location made it easy for us to explore the city on foot. a top-notch experience!
